Kitchen Transformation
This renovation included removing the existing boxed ceiling structure, reframing the ceiling, and installing a custom recessed tray design with integrated lighting and crown molding to enhance the kitchen’s architectural character.
Curb Appeal & Outdoor Space Transformation
This project transformed the property's exterior through the installation of decorative masonry elements and stamped concrete hardscape. Retaining walls, entry columns, and patio surfaces were constructed to create a polished and functional outdoor environment while significantly improving curb appeal.
Rear Home Addition & Patio Slab Installation
This project expanded the home's rear living space through the installation of a reinforced patio slab and construction of a new structural addition. The work included framing new walls and roof systems, as well as finishing the exterior to match the original architecture of the home.
